What’s the best way to store your loaf of Happy Campers?

  1. Store it at your house to prevent moose, falcons, and bears from eating it.
  2. Sored outside the fridge, the bread will keep its freshness and pliability for about six days (if bought fresh; we deliver to stores every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday). Note that hot weather or a hot house may make the bread mold faster.
  3. Stored in the fridge, the bread will last three to four weeks. Prolonged refrigeration will dry the bread a bit, so you’ll probably want to toast it up.
  4. Stored in the freezer, the bread will last several months and, again, will make for excellent toast. The bread is all nice and sliced, so freezing is easy!

Shipping details

Here’s how it works: We’ll bake some yummy bread and ship it off to you on Monday morning. Be sure to place your order no later than Thursday. It’ll be delivered anywhere in the US within two to three business days. (This includes Alaska and Hawaii, although the estimated shipping time there is four days.) If you fill a box by purchasing five products at a time, you’ll get the best possible shipping price of only $3.77! Please note: If you order more than five loaves at a time, we’ll have to send you two separate boxes so your shipping price will actually go up.

Some things to note: Our breads are at their prime for their first six days (as indicated by the “Best By” sticky on the bottom of the bread); depending on how hot the weather is in your neck of the woods, mold may begin to set in after that. We ship our bread fresh-baked – therefore, you may want to enjoy a fresh sandwich on the first day, then put the rest in the fridge or freezer and use it for awesome toast. If you have any questions, please contact us. And if you don’t have any questions, well, let’s get you some grub!

Non-GMO

ALL our ingredients are non-GMO. Note that the seeds planted to make our flours are non-GMO too; however, they are not guaranteed because of the possibility of cross-pollination from winds, birds, and bees.

Cross-Contamination

To ensure that we gluten-free campers stay healthy for our life adventures, Happy Campers bakes at a dedicated gluten-free facility. That’s right, folks, we don’t mess around when it comes to cross-contamination! No gluten comes through our doors and into your bread. All our ingredients come from gluten-free sources, and we’re currently in the process of obtaining a gluten-free certification.
