We’re very proud and excited to announce our brand new gluten-free bread we’ve been working on for months: Cravin’ Raisin Cinnamon Spice! We thought a little about eating all the loaves we baked, but we eventually figured they’re just too good to keep to ourselves!
Let’s be honest: there are few things yummier than cinnamon-raisin bread. Plain, warm slices from a fresh loaf, or smeared with melting butter…even as French toast…or cinnamon toast…. But, of course, we didn’t want to make something this good just ‘good’—we wanted to take it to the next level. So, we’ve been busy in the bakery testing all sorts of tasty tricks, and we’ve come up with a delectable, moist loaf loaded with organic raisins and scrumptious spices! The happy warmth of cinnamon, plump bursts of raisin sweetness, and aromatic cardamom: bake all of that into a soft texture that’s sure to dazzle with deliciousness, and you’ve got a loaf of edible magic! YUM!
