We try our absolute hardest to delight you with the best bread every time. But sometimes things happen. Nothing to worry about: just contact us, we’re here for you and we’ll make it right!
- Please let us know of any issues via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will respond within 24hrs and 48hrs on the weekend. During our office hours, 6am to 3pm Pacific Time, we respond 90% of emails within 2hrs.
- It’s very helpful if you can share any photos and the production code printed on the white bag closure, along with a brief description of the issue.
- This helps us troubleshoot the issue, learn and prevent it in the future.
- We will promptly evaluate your concern and issue a refund or a reshipment. Our goal is to make you a happy camper!
- Refunds will be issued back to your credit card or the payment form you used. We process the refund immediately and the time for the funds to return to your account depends on your credit card. Generally it’s within 1 week.
- We hope you understand that we cannot issue refunds or reshipments if an incorrect shipping address was provided. Thank you for double checking your shipping address for accuracy!
