Bake fresh bread products (bread, pizza crust, dinner rolls, wraps, baguettes…) as well as all your other classics (cookies, pies, biscuits, cinnamon rolls…)! We give you the flour mix, the recipes, you just add water and oil (and a few other ingredients), mix it up and bake. You can’t fail and you can’t go wrong! Our main goal was to make delicious healthy gluten-free home baking so easy that anybody can do it.

One bag is 25.75oz (730g) and makes: 2 Large Loaves (9 in by 5 in, 18 slices per loaf), 4 Pizza Crusts (10-12 in), or 24 Dinner Rolls.

If you’re interested in baking bread, then this mix is our Classy Slice flavor. By adding just a few additional ingredients, you can also make all our other bread flavors: Hemp Hemp Hooray!, Buckwheat Molasses and Cravin’ Raisin.

Follow the directions in the Bread video. You just need to: 1) Change water to 352 grams (1 1/2 Cups + 2 Tbsp), 2) Add Hemp Seeds (39g = 4 Tbsp), 3) Add Millet Seeds (18g = 1 1/2 Tbsp)

BUCKWHEAT MOLASSES

Follow the directions in the Bread video with these changes: 1) Change Water to 342 grams (1 1/2 Cups + 1 Tbsp), 2) Change Bread Mix to 240g (1 3/4 Cups), 3) Add Buckwheat Flour (60g = 1/2 Cup), 4) Add Tapioca Flour or Starch (60g = 1/2 Cups), 5) Add Sunflower Seeds (46g = 1/3 Cup), 6) Add Millet Seeds (37g = 3 Tbsp), 7) Add Flax Seeds (9g = 3 tsp), 8) Add Molasses (30g = 1 1/2 Tbsp)

CRAVIN’ RAISIN

Follow the directions in the Bread video with these changes: 1) Change Water to 330 grams (1 1/2 Cups), 2) Add Sugar (75g = 1/3 Cup), 3) Add Raisins (60g = 1/3 Cup), 4) Add Cinnamon (8g = 3 tsp), 5) Add Cardamom (1g = 2 pinches). After 30 min of baking, reduce temperature to 325F and bake for 1 more hour (so total bake time is 1.5 hrs). This is needed so the top doesn’t burn. To substitute Maple Syrup for Sugar, use 155g Maple (1/3 Cup) and 292g Water (1 1/3 Cups). To substitute Honey for Sugar, use 92g Honey (1/3 Cup) and 314g Water (1 1/3 Cups + 2 Tbsp).

    Flour mix arrived this afternoon and a loaf just came out of the oven. My bread pans are a bit larger than prescribed, but it turned out amazing!

    I followed the recipe exactly, except for the part about waiting 2 hours for slicing because my wife hasn’t had fresh from the oven warm bread for many, many years. I’m going to try the milled and hemp addition for the next. I’d really have to stretch to find anything I don’t like about this. Salt was light, but that’s completely subjective. A drier crumb would be more versatile-but I’m sure you’ve experimented with less moisture/oil and found the right balance between texture and moisture.

    I’ve tried piles of gluten-free flours and never had a result this good. Nothing even close. Really, really amazing product!

    It was SO good. My husband who is usually gluten free has recently been eating Dave’s Killer Bread to have a COVID timed break from GF bread said that it was far better than Dave’s and he will be switching to this. It is positively delicious, my kids want it all day long. It’s what my son wants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on his birthday.

    I used the handheld electric mixer. The dough kept going up the mixer so I just used my hands for a minute or two. I don’t believe this had any impact on the end result. I also baked it for 52 min and it seemed to be done.

    I will be buying the mix almost exclusively in the future 🙂

    There’s nothing like homemade fresh bread right out of the oven. It is delicious!!

    The first loaf I made I used my choice of oil as directed. It was moist and delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it.

    My next loaf I substituted 3 tablespoons of well mashed banana for the oil. It was moist but not as moist as the first loaf. But it still came out delicious!

    Thank you for making this option available to us gluten intolerant people : ) I encourage all to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

    I am very intolerant of gluten, have been eating your bread for several years, and order it regularly. On special occasions my daughter makes an orange cranberry “crusty” yeast bread (with gluten), which I have never been able to eat. Your flour blend arrived the week before Thanksgiving so, for Thanksgiving, she made a GF loaf for me–YAY! When she tasted the GF loaf, she said it was almost indistinguishable in both flavor and texture from her regular “crusty” loaf. I was thrilled to have my very own GF loaf. I also used your recipe for our Thanksgiving pumpkin pie crust. My bread-baking-pie-making,-cookie-connoisseur daughter was concerned that your full grain flour would be too heavy but, guess what … TaDA!… she loved it and so did everyone else. (I also used one of your loafs for stuffing, which was yummy and held together–unlike the mealy GF stuffing I did last year with different bread!). Now for the best part: I made brownies for my daughter’s bday last week. She insisted that I make them GF so I could eat them too. You guessed it– I used your flour blend. All the gluten eaters at my table were astonished that the texture was perfect and the flavor indistinguishable from any other brownies. (I used a GF brownie recipe that called for 1/2 cup GF flour).     I use my bread machine, and it’s perfect every time! I literally dump in all the ingredients (the yeast goes in a separate part on top of my machine), press start, and 4 hours later have amazing bread. I don’t even have to stir the ingredients!
