We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. We don't want you to go hungry! We always guarantee your order. If there are any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us and we will make it right to make you a happy camper!

Here are the details:

• We ship with FedEx, Monday through Friday, anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii *
• Orders ship in 1-3 business days after you place them
• Orders take 2-3 days to arrive (some locations may take up to 4 days)
• FedEx delivers to 98% of the country on Saturdays and 50% of Sundays, so your order may be delivered on the weekend as well 
• Our loaves stay fresh and free of mold for 8-9 days at ambient temperature, even during summer, so they are safe during shipping  
• We ship in heavy-duty custom size boxes to prevent damage during transit.
• Of course, damages can always happen on a rare occasion. In such case, please ping us a quick message and we'll make it right
• * AK and HI orders ship with FedEx 2Day Air. There is no AK/HI surcharge. Currently only 4-loaf orders are available for AK/HI. Larger orders coming soon!
• At this time, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes

 

After you place an order:

• We’ll send you an email with order confirmation after you check out
• Then when your package ships, we’ll send you another lovely email with a tracking number
• Finally, we'll send you a third email when you order is delivered. This email will include storage tips 
• Storage tips and order details are also included on a packing slip inside of your box
