Gosh, it's been a minute since we last sent you a newsletter!
We have NOT been loafing around though!
We've been cranking away at the bakery, and we did not neglect to put our GARDEN CROPS in earlier this spring either!
It's now that beautiful time of year when we get to enjoy the fruits (or vegetables actually) of our labor.
We want to share our favorite garden harvest sandwich recipes! Let's start with a classic:
BASIL-TOMATO-CUCUMBER-MOZZARELLA-AVO Sandwich

- 🍞 Bread of your choice
- 🥑 Avocado
- 🥒 Cucumber
- 🥬 Basil
- 🍅 Tomato
- 🧀 Mozzarella or Tofu
- 🍇 Balsamic Vinegar
- 🧂Salt and fresh ground Pepper to taste

Put it all together and enjoy! We start with Avocado, then Cukes, then Tomato and Tofu/Mozzarella last.
If you've had a bumper crop and you're drowning in cucumbers like us, then we recommend slicing them really thin and piling them up high. We also like a nice thick slice of tomato for all the flavor and nutrition. Don't be shy with Basil either. 6-8 leaves per slice is a minimum. If you're a fancy-pants kind of person, then a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top adds a splendid touch. 😋👌
