"Big Pan" means this loaf is 33% larger compared to our traditional loaves. Larger slices and two more of them in each loaf mean even more sandwich convenience and yumminess!
This delicious gluten-free loaf has the mild flavor and abundant softness you want in white bread, but it’s living proof that white bread doesn’t have to be bland and lack nutrition!
The secret is its main ingredient: US-grown Organic whole grain Sorghum. It provides wonderful light flavor and excellent fiber content. Yum White loaf has 0g sugar and, as always, it’s vegan and free from the top 9 allergens.
As a bonus, Sorghum is also naturally drought-resistant. So not-only are you enjoying a pesticide-free organic loaf that's good for you and the environment, you're also saving water and supporting water-efficient crops!
Compared to our Classy Slice, this bread has the same fiber content and overall comparable nutrition. It is lighter in color, slightly milder in flavor and softer in texture after warming up. As mentioned above, there is 33% more dough per loaf compared to Classy Slice. The slices are larger and there are 16 slices/loaf, compared to 14 slices in Classy Slice. Whether you’re a kid or a grown-up, this might well be your sandwich's new best buddy!

The bread tastes fine, but the slices have such huge holes in them, that they aren't great for sandwiches. I was taught when I was young that too much mixing can create holes in baked goods. I don't know if that is the problem, but we've tried the Yum loaves and the Classy Slice and the problem is in both kinds. We're trying to find a bread that our son won't be allergic or reactive to.
This is the best gluten-free bread that is organic! If you’re a smart celiac, or a person avoiding too much gluten, this product is wonderful because it does not contain heavy-metal-toxic rice flour like all too many lower quality gluten-free products do. The flavor is wonderful. It is sliced beautifully and easy to manage in and out of the freezer. Our niece’s 7&8 year old kids promptly got hooked on it despite only one being celiac. And us discriminating, globetrotting foodies love it as well. Killer morning toast, French toast, and BLTs.
I recently developed food allergies and was looking for bread that I could eat. Well, I found it and not only can I tolerate it, but it is delicious.
Have tried all your breads and the Whole Grain Yum White Big Pan is great. We find that all of your breads need to be lightly toasted before use.

We ordered 6 loaves as we tasted it already from a friend. We keep them in the freezer until we are ready to enjoy. I thought I would have these 6 for a long time but I’m already ordering again 3 weeks later. I toast them every time I have them. The best gluten free bread I have had and I’ve tried them all!
This is the best gluten free bread I've found in at least 10 years. I've tried them all, and always wondered what kind of chemicals must be in them that they never rot. The shelf life on Happy Campers is short, refrigeration or freeze recommended, and that was music to my ears! This bread is real food, and it's delicious and soft!
This is the only bread that a 10-year-old girl. She has 11 allergies to food and we only find two brands to eat. Out of the two happy campers is the only one she delights in. The pan bread they came out with recently is her favorite. She actually feels like she's eating regular sliced bread finally. So get the pan bread if you want to eat like you're eating regular bread and regular slices
Obsessed with this new flavor and size! Happy Campers was already the best GF bread in terms of flavor, nutrition, and texture. BUT NOW! A bigger sized slice! Tastes freakin' delicious! Marvelous texture! Love love love it. So glad they were able to recover from the bakery mishaps and become better than ever.
Yes!!!! So glad these guys stuck it out and didn't give up on their bread. The yum white loaf is truly amazing. Great flavor, great size (with the big pan option), great texture, and not a single hole! LOVE their dedication to organic, and appreciate that these are also grain-free. Really a unique and delicious product.
My daughter is gluten, dairy, soy and corn sensitive. It’s almost impossible to find bread that fits the bill and this one is actually delicious!
