We wanted to share with you our newest creation that you can bake at home with our Easy Peasy Gluten Free Flour Mix:

Bake these gluten free dinner rolls the day before or the day of Thanksgiving for maximum freshness. Serve them hot from the oven, or re-heat at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
Ingredients (makes 16 rolls):
🍁 2.5 Cups (355g) Easy Peasy flour mix
🍁 1 Cup (210g) packed Mashed Potato cooled to room temperature (ideally Russet potato, but can be any kind. Either with or without skin. Simply boil and mash with a fork, as pictured below.)
🍁 1/3 Cup (72g) Oil of your choice (Olive, Avocado, Sunflower...)
🍁 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp (265g) Hot Water (hottest water from tap. Feels very hot to touch)
🍁 2 tsp Yeast (1 packet, 7g)
🍁 Optional: 1/4 tsp (1g) Baking Powder
🍁 Optional: substitute 2 Tbsp Water for Maple Syrup or Honey if you like a touch of sweetness
Instructions:
🥔 Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl
🥔 Mix for 8 minutes, not any less! ☝ (Use Kitchen Aid Mixer on high speed #7, electric hand mixer on low speed or just mix with wooden spatula if you want a workout)
🥔 Form dough into 16 little balls, about the size of a golf ball.
🥔 Dough is very sticky, so use Water for easy handling. It’s best to scoop the little balls with a tablespoon, then wet your hands and round them out.
🥔 Place on a baking sheet (oiled or on parchment paper) or in a bread pan next to each other if you want the pull-apart effect (first photo below).

🥔 Pre-heat Oven to 375F
🥔 Cover rolls with a lightweight wet towel and let sit and rise for 45 minutes (second photo below).
🥔 Right before going into oven, brush tops with Oil for extra crispy crust and golden color
🥔 Bake for 45 minutes (third photo below!) 🥳👌😋
