I’ve been gluten-free for a good 30 years and it’s very challenging to find one that taste good and does not give me pain. Happy Camper is a gift from heaven. It’s so delicious and it does not cause pain. I was a little hesitant to write this review because it’s so good part of me doesn’t want it to get too popular, but I have to share how incredibly delicious and healthy this bread is. I discovered it at a Health food place that would only have a few every now and again and I would start to go there like every day just to get the bread. Anyway I’m very grateful I found Happy Camper ❤️

I discovered your bread years ago when I started a gluten-free diet. Smearing Buckwheat Molasses toast with sunflower seed butter and blackberry preserves is my favorite breakfast! One problem, my favorite store carries your products but can go for months without any of your bread in its allotted spot on the shelf. That's how I found you online. I have to think that maybe it's a distribution issue since you are able to ship loaves to me directly. Thanks for your fine gluten-free products!
The Buckwheat Molasses Bread is my favorite- nutty and a little sweet. I love it for toast with peanut butter and honey or with tahini and molasses

Your buckwheat molasses bread is like crack cocaine to an addict. “Gotta have it. I’ll die if I don’t get it. Seriously!!!!” So happy to have the option to order it directly from you. I eat this bread every day for breakfast or lunch. Usually a turkey avocado sandwich or just toast with fresh ground almond butter. I am so crazy about your BW bread. It is killer. My springer spaniel Bella liked the buckwheat molasses bread so much she ate the whole loaf! We’ll see how she feels tomorrow! Update a day later: I was worried that we’d have some problems but all that fiber seems to be moving through her system just fine.

This is pretty good bread considering the limitations of ingredients versus traditional breads. I am working on my second order. The first order was very fresh while this one was not.
First found it at my local store and when they were out, was glad to be able to order online. It freezes well.
The only thing I can complain about is how hard this bread is to find in Portland, Or. I just ordered a case on-line. I feed it to all my house guests and everyone raves about it. Please, please, please, come back to Oregon.

Love all your gf breads. Real ancient grain instead of rice and potato flour. My favorite by far! Thank you for providing so many great options. We get them all. I would love to see some sort of sourdough if it's ever feasible. I recommend you to ask my friends and nutrition clients.

I haven’t had the buns or hemp bread but everybody loves the buckwheat, classy slice, and raisin…yum! I have no doubt we’ll all love the buns and hemp bread. Nobody would make such good bread and then blow it on any other breads. 😂 It’s nice to know there’s someone out there who makes a great organic product that tastes great and is rationally priced. I had to throw away 4 slices because they had so many holes in the middle of the slice that a piece literally fell apart in my toaster. Hadn’t happened before. I do love the bread though. I’ll probably order again.
For over 30 years I have been searching for a gluten free bread that tastes great and doesn’t have to be toasted to prevent it from crumbling. Happy Camper did it! Their bread tastes amazing right out of the bag!

I like the taste, hands down. The size is a little small, though. And most slices had too many holes to keep the jam/jelly contained. I'll probably go with the larger size bread next time, but I did really like the taste of the buckwheat instead of the usual brown rice gluten-free breads.
