I have numerous food sensitivities and this is the first bread I am able to enjoy and metabolize. My particular favorite is the raisin bread that I used to enjoy years ago! Thank you for making bread a safe food in my life again

I think my raisin bread was slightly overcooked this time so toasting it to put anything on top was almost guaranteed to be a bit of a char. It was ok, I still give 5 ⭐️ because I had it before and adding my non dairy cream cheese was such an amazing treat that I think it was just a little bit extra time on this batch I got this time. I even made French toast out of it and preferred the French toast from the big white loaf I got over the raisin bread and last time I preferred the raisin bread French toast over the classy slice so it just depends on the batch Im sure. I have to remember to order the mix so I can make some in between orders, I want some now! 😋
it tastes pretty good though it appears (perhaps I am wrong) that the size became smaller over a few years or the batches we got to have smaller sizes. looks on the average bread size is 3 inches by 2.25 inches see attached pictures I asked my wife to stop ordering it

By far our favorite gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread!!
This is the best, gluten free bread I have ever found. It is a morning staple for me! I love it with almond butter, or cheddar cheese. Is that weird? Sometimes I will even make a sandwich with it. For being a cinnamon raisin bread, it's very versatile and perfectly flavored, and all of your breads have the healthiest ingredients I have seen yet for gluten free bread(and one of the only gf breads that does not have eggs!!). Thanks for making excellent, healthy bread.

We've been HAPPY eating your breads for many years. I was diagnosed celiac 25 years ago and have not found a healthier, better tasting bread than Happy Campers. Your bread is pretty good for gluten free bread. However, when the loaf is left in the fridge and eaten a slice or two at a time, it falls apart.

First time in a VERY long time trying gluten-free bread. Must admit this was much better than I anticipated. Actually better than most gluten-based raisin bread. This would be even more fantastic if it could be formulated with a cinnamon swirl...

I bought the raisin bread just to see how good it was. It was GREAT. I use it when my sweet tooth is winning. I have tried it alone and with jelly and they are both good but I actually prefer it alone. It really is that good.
