This delicious gluten-free loaf has the mild flavor and abundant softness you want in white bread, but it’s living proof that white bread doesn’t have to be bland and lack nutrition!
The secret is its main ingredient: US-grown Organic whole grain Sorghum. It provides wonderful light flavor and excellent fiber content. Yum White loaf has 0g sugar and, as always, it’s vegan and free from the top 9 allergens.

I've been GF for about 2 decades and have tried MANY GF breads, mixes and recipes, however, I haven't been able to enjoy any better, more "real" tasting bread until trying your bread. Due to multiple food sensitivities, I am limited to enjoying your Whole Grain Yum White Big Pan rather than any of the other choices you offer, but that still makes me a "Happy Camper"!!! I appreciate you offering discounts on ordering multiple loaves of your wonderful product, so that even a "Gramma" on a fixed income can partake! I transitioned into solid foods just a couple of months ago, but I gotta say so far Happy Campers bread is my favorite. Beats Gerber's by a mile. It makes a tremendous butter vessel. I recommend putting on a full-body rubber suit whenever eating, for it is very difficult to keep butter from going all over the place.

Samiches for days and even peanut butter toast which I forgot to snap a picture or was too good and got devoured before a picture could happen! I regretted lightly toasting when I remembered that higher sorghum recipes tend to be more gummy if not cooked enough or toasted enough. After the learning curve all was magnifico, muooah! Also got the raisin bread gotta try both if you are grain free like me you don’t have to be bread free anymore, yay!

I'm happy about the ingredients, but there's not much flavor.
The best darn GF “white bread” in existence. Toasts brilliantly. High fiber, unlike almost all of the horrible rice-based GF breads out there. Organic, of course. An absolute must have for anyone trying to eat “normal” food but who is GF. I’ve tried all the rest and this is the winner. By a mile.
As far as I know, this is the only USDA organic gluten-free bread out there. We like the whole grain Yum bread best and use it mainly for hot sandwiches, cooked lightly in a skillet with just a thin spread of organic butter and plenty of garlic powder, piled with our favorite meat, cheese, and veg. Now that is really YUM!
My kids just love your bread! It is on of their favorite treats. It is the only truly healthy bread that I have found that I consider healthy and tasty. I have tapioca allergies so I can't have it, but have tasted it beforevand the yummy smell of the kids toasting their bread in butter just drives me crazy it is SOOO wonderful !

This bread is awesome! Easier on my belly than the other Happy Campers breads which have pea protein.

We have tried many GF breads and the fact that this one is made of organic ingredients gives me peace of mind to feed it to my toddler, and he loves it (me too). We have been able to return to eating bread after struggling for a while finding something that could work for us. Delicious when warmed up!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review but I have to for this bread! My whole family does better without gluten. I have tried several gluten free breads and I’ve noticed recently my kids are eating less of their lunches because most of them just aren’t very appealing. Today our happy camper bread arrived. My son was ECSTATIC. He couldn’t believe how soft and fluffy it was— I think he assumes it has gluten! He was asking for more and I am so happy to have found this brand and will be ordering regularly.
I like it! I wish the holes were consistently smaller so the butter didnt fall through the slices, but it won't stop me from buying more!

I’ve been gluten free for 14 years now and I haven’t found a better gluten free bread anywhere. Makes the best toast, French toast, avocado toast etc. Best thing is that when you freeze it then keep it in the fridge during use it still tastes amazing!! Try it!!

My daughter recommended Happy Campers. I held off for months due to the cost comparison from local bric-&-mortar stores. Now, having ordered and sampled the entire line of breads, my vote is that the taste, texture, ingredient comparison (with local distributors), service (immediate answers to questions), and tracking the shipment—these put Happy Camper breads at the top of my choices. The sample pack is a good place to begin.
I'm so happy to have found actual ORGANIC gluten-free bread - you've definitely cornered that market on that! And this kind, which we've just tried for the first time, is great. Much milder and less nutty-tasting than the other loaves I've tried (and thus more kid-friendly, in our house anyway). It's really nice! Although I'm so happy to have found that you make a loaf that's slightly larger than your other tiny loaves (this is closer to the size of conventional breads, though still on the smaller side), I still wish it were even bigger! Once my kids are done ripping off the crusts, it's not that big in the end :) In terms of slices, I think it's more accurate to describe these loaves as having 14-15 usable slices and 2 end pieces (I know the end pieces are "usable," they're still edible, but when I hear a certain number of slices per loaf, I'm assuming that refers to pieces that are consistent enough in size to make a sandwich). Even your listing photo shows 15 more consistent slices and 2 ends pieces. The very end pieces are usually pretty irregular; crust ends aren't practical for sandwiches, and they're rather tiny even for toast. But that said, it tastes great. Parents take note: the crusts on Happy Campers bread gets pretty hard when toasted, and some kids will decide to rip off the crust and thus make the bread a great deal smaller. I personally love it, but kids can be picky about that. Thanks for making this kind available! I'm glad I checked your website, since I've only ever found hemp hemp hooray in stores. We'll definitely keep buying.
