"Big Pan" means this loaf is 33% larger compared to our traditional loaves. Larger slices and two more of them in each loaf mean even more sandwich convenience and yumminess! 

 

This delicious gluten-free loaf has the mild flavor and abundant softness you want in white bread, but it’s living proof that white bread doesn’t have to be bland and lack nutrition!

 

The secret is its main ingredient: US-grown Organic whole grain Sorghum. It provides wonderful light flavor and excellent fiber content. Yum White loaf has 0g sugar and, as always, it’s vegan and free from the top 9 allergens.

 

As a bonus, Sorghum is also naturally drought-resistant. So not-only are you enjoying a pesticide-free organic loaf that's good for you and the environment, you're also saving water and supporting water-efficient crops! 

 

Compared to our Classy Slice, this bread has the same fiber content and overall comparable nutrition. It is lighter in color, slightly milder in flavor and softer in texture after warming up. As mentioned above, there is 33% more dough per loaf compared to Classy Slice. The slices are larger and there are 16 slices/loaf, compared to 14 slices in Classy Slice.
